Thankyou Val – that is helpful info. almost every day I take closeups of various flowers but rarely can identify them. Maybe I’ll just make up my own names which sound official. haha
I agree Arati – you certainly are a word-dancer. And I’m glad to have a good cell phone handy – almost all my closeup flower images are taken with it – then loaded to my desktop computer for editing. Lots of fun! Except not knowing the names.

Oh and the flower is lovely…. the contrast between the secondary colors along with their vibrancy creates a stunning image!
