I threw some birdseed here to see who might show up. Does anyone know the names of these birds? The small cute is popularly known here as a chickadee.

I purposely look for interesting reflections in puddles, ponds and windows. I captured this while wandering down an alley at Crescent Beach, BC. I find that alleyways are a great place to find interesting and fun images.
The dogs’ owner kindly allowed me to capture these “in your face” expressions.

“You talkin’ to me bud?”

“No, Kind Sir”

Mt.Slesse, Chilliwack, British Columbia – Somewhat infamous for a plane crash in 1956 killing all 62 passengers. There is a memorial trail for hikers to visit the site and there is a memorial plaque containing the names of the passengers. I have not hiked there myself. Thank you Janet for providing the right name … “The flowers are called alstroemeria – lovely in a bouquet with roses.”

Making a video is getting to be rather complicated! This gimbaled guy was at a wedding I attended. I’m happy to produce videos by pressing the little red button on my compact Canon G5X and then holding steady. Also much easier to be stealthy! But I’m a simple guy with a great editing program.

Why I love photo-editing! This is the original photo (slightly enhanced) Which images do you like? (I like them all)

“Cut-Out”

“Impressionistic”

“Photocopy”

“Monochrome”
