I almost did not take this shot (which I took from some distance) because the woman was clearly have difficulty walking. However, despite this she was moving pretty fast with determined purpose and all decked out in white. So … click! I didn’t notice the youths until after the exposure. I’m not really satisfied with the title, so I’d welcome some suggestions!

Who hasn’t experienced the feeling when you look in your rear-view mirror, see those flashing lights, hear the siren and think … oh! oh! … then perhaps a feeling of relief as it passes you by in pursuit of the real law-breaker … or the realization that it’s YES YOU! who needs to pull over buddy – ugh!!

I just noticed the pigeon in this photo while browsing through recent images from downtown Vancouver. I love this picture -but not sure why …
Note – I’ll be away from blogsville for a week or so – going camping with dear wife near Qualicum Beach/Parksville on Vancouver Island. I might bring my camera along … haha
